A dramatic sunset after a storm over Guilin city. This unique and dangerous location, offers a unique view of lakes, pagoda's and rice terraces with the city and mountains as the backdrop. 6 years living on it's doorstep finally paid off with God rays. No added rays!
Guilin's psychedelic underworld is Reed Flute Cave, a cave that is illuminated in neon colors during a presentation. Between light flashes or red and white on a long exposure you can capture a unique transition effect of a purple tone.
A cormorant takes flight in an especially beautiful orange morning light and mists, on a remote bend of the Li River, in Guilin, Guangxi, China. We arranged the Red Sail Boat and authentic traditional cormorant fishermen to be out at 3-4am ready for our 5am shoot. On this day we were guiding two US pro photographers. If you need someone to help you arrange a shoot like this, contact us via our website Guilin Photography Tour. http://www.guilinphotographytour.com.
